For transparency and to make your experience with us more pleasant here’s a little info about how we operate:
- We work with many manufacturers and distributors around the world to bring you the latest and the greatest in yoga, activewear, fitness, and sports apparel, at a fraction of the cost. Due to this, logistics can get complicated, but we’re always working on improving your shopping experience and our flow.

Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes. We provide free shipping to the UK, US & CA. We ship to 200 countries world-wide for free however, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
- We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
- Note for European Countries: While in most cases there are rarely long hold-ups at customs, we have noticed that in Scandinavian countries it does happen on some occasions.
- We try to do our best but these customs issues are out of our hands but do write us if there is a major delay and we will investigate.
How long does processing and distribution take?
- We process orders within 1 business day and send them to the warehouse for distribution.
- The warehouse takes 3 business days to package and ship the order.
How long does shipping take?

- Scandinavian Countries – 7-14 Business days – Due to strict customs

COVID UPDATES – We still dispatch & fulfill orders as normal. Orders will be shipped within 4 business days.
- Due to flight restrictions, dispatch may be taking a little longer, so please kindly allow extra time for shipping delays.
- While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Value Yoga cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
